Remembering Korean War Hero Joseph R. Ouellette of Lowell Massachusetts

Joseph R. Ouellette (1930-1950) son of was a soldier in the United States Army during the Korean War. He posthumously received the Medal of Honor for his actions on August 31, and September 1–3, 1950.

The Aiken Street Bridge in Lowell, Massachusetts was renamed in honor of Joseph R. Oulette in 1954. Photo from Wikipedia
